Captain Andrew is a unique outdoorsman. Andrew spends half of the year in Antarctica at McMurdo Station and the South Pole, working as an Antenna Rigger for the U.S. Antarctic Program. To warm up he follows the sun north to sunny Key West, fishing its prolific waters for the remainder of the year.
Capt. Andrew’s arrival to Key West every year perfectly aligns with the infamous tarpon migration. The migration brings giant strings of large tarpon inside and around Key West. This gives anglers of all skill level the ability to see, cast to, and catch giant tarpon.
Though tarpon is on everyones mind during the summer seasons, there are plenty of bonefish, permit, jacks, barracuda and many other resident species willing to bend a rod. Give Capt. Andrew a call and pick his brain. With over 10 years guiding experience in the keys, he’ll be able to fill you in precisely on what to expect.
